1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a small cottage-sized stove, microwave, coffee-maker, gas-log fireplace, cable TV with a DVD player, ceiling fan in master bedroom, box fans, clothesline, very nice deck with outdoor furniture (round table with chairs, umbrella table with chairs, glider, 2 chairs, and lounger) and chiminea, charcoal BBQ grill, dock, boat mooring, and kayak.

Sleeps 4 with 1 queen and 1 queen-size futon.

Futon is located in a small room that can be converted to a 2nd bedroom
