Please keep in mind, we specialize in Crystal Mountain Resort properties and lakefront vacation homes. Lakefront properties must have direct frontage or lake access within a block from the property.

Rental Program Services:

*Preview property and offer suggestions on how to maximize rental income and avoid liability lawsuits.

*Take photos of the home and market property on our website.

*Set up rentals competitively to gain maximum occupancy and rental income.

*Advertise and promote homes via the internet, the local Chamber of Commerce, newspapers, travel guides and brochures.

*We handle all reservations, the initial interviewing/screening of potential guests, and the mailing/emailing of professional confirmation letters. We verify that all renters have signed and returned a rental agreement prior to their arrival date, along with a pet policy agreement and/or a watercraft liability waiver, if applicable.

*NRM collects all rent payments, cleaning fees, and taxes in compliance with state and local law. We are able to accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. NRM requires that a valid credit card number on file for each guest as form of security deposit. We pay all credit card processing fees at no charge to the homeowner.

*Provide maintenance and cleaning inspections of home before and after each rental to ensure all amenities and home features are in working order.

*Provide personal trash pick-up during and after all rentals.

*Provide access to rental units upon guest arrival and guarantee that home is secure upon guest departure.

*Provide 24/7 customer service by being available during business hours and by giving guests an after-hours emergency phone number so that any issues can be handled immediately.

*Maintenance company on call 24/7 for any reported issues. Maintenance calls are provided at additional cost.

*Cleaning service which includes linen/laundry service (when applicable).

*Provide a list of local emergency phone numbers, area attractions/information, and detailed check out instructions for each house.

*Provide an accounting service for homeowners, mailing monthly statements and a rental income check (when applicable).

*Conveniently located on US-31 in Beulah.

*Trash pick-up service, cleaning (routine or deep clean), “cottage watch” services, supervision of service professionals, lawn care, snow removal, window washing, yard up-keep, dock and hoist installation and removal, and more!
