2 bedrooms, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee-maker, TV and VCR. Outside common area features a firepit, patio with furniture and BBQ grill, a child’s swing set and horseshoe pit. There is also a dock and boat mooring. Pets are welcome with extra pet deposit.
